Kerjaya Prospek Group Berhad (KPGB) has secured a RM225 million contract from Majestic Gen Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the construction of a major mixed-use development in Johor Bahru.
In a filing today, the construction group said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn. Bhd. (KPM), received and accepted the letter of award on 12 December 2025 for the project located at PTB 24999 (formerly Lot 2907), Jalan Lepas, in Bandar Johor Bahru.
The contract involves the execution and completion of a 50-storey tower comprising service apartments and commercial components.
Construction is scheduled to begin on 16 January 2026 and will span 38 months.
KPGB said the new contract is expected to provide an additional revenue stream for the group over the next four years, while further strengthening its existing order book. Although the award does not affect the company’s share capital, it is anticipated to contribute positively to earnings and net assets per share for financial years 2026 through 2029.
